Exchanges for ICHK Online

We encourage all to double check the size guide before placing your order. Please note there are also size sets at school reception to try on before ordering.

If you have purchased the incorrect item and would like to change your order before the items are shipped to ICHK (twice a month around 1st and 15th), please get in touch with Customer Care here. Please provide the billing name and email used during order placement, as well as your order reference number.

If you have received the goods and need a different size, the customer must arrange delivery of the goods back to the Tsunami warehouse at the following:

Yeung Yiu Chung No.5 Industrial Building,
34 Tai Yip St, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong

To arrange an exchange of received goods, please get in touch with Customer Care here to request different size(s). Please provide the billing name and email used during order placement, as well as your order reference number. Your exchange sizes will be returned to the school with the next scheduled delivery after we have received the returned items. The returned items must be in new, unused, re-saleable condition.

Refunds are only applicable in the case of faulty goods (not for incorrect items purchased or wrong sizing).
